Perrin Pro Electronic Boost Control Solenoid for 08-21 Subaru STi (perASM-TAC-731)
With its lightning-fast response and bombproof design, the PERRIN Electronic Boost Control Solenoid (EBCS) Pro is made to control today's high-performance turbochargers. Proper ECU Tuning is required for the safe operation of the engine with this product. Engine performance and fuel economy will also suffer without tuning. The custom-made solenoid coil and valve are made specific to PERRIN specs. This allows the valve to operate almost two times faster and flow nearly 50% more than competitors' designs.
The EBCS Pro also works with OEM ECU calibrations and reduces common overboost conditions, all without causing Check Engine Lights. To fully utilize the EBCS Pro, an ECU recalibration is required. Our OEM male connector is specific to all Subaru applications. As for the 2015-2018 WRX models, the PERRIN male OEM connector is specific to the 2015-2018 WRX (FA20 DIT). This ensures a properly sealed and solid connection between the EBCS Pro and the ECU. Unlike competitors' products that require additional parts and labor, our unique design saves time and makes for a cleaner and more straightforward installation. The solenoid construction is made of corrosion-resistant, nickel-plated brass with proper seals to withstand the temperatures and oils seen in a boost control system.
The body of the EBCS Pro is made of 6061 aluminum so it can easily survive under-hood temperatures. The unique PERRIN configuration allows the EBCS Pro to be ultra-compact and work with multiple boost control system setups (internal and external wastegates). This allows the part to adapt to your ever-changing setups. High-quality nickel plated brass fittings resist corrosion and will not break. For race professionals, the EBCS Pro will also accept AN fittings for the best connection possible. Every EBCS Pro comes with the proper amount of vacuum hoses and the proper fittings and mounting plates for your specific year, make, and model Subaru, making for a quick and easy installation process.

Orders over $500 will ship insured and over $1,000 with signature and insurance in order to guarantee delivery. Orders over $1000 may not be able to ship to a different address not listed as the billing address or confirm payment address from the form of payment used. Orders with suite numbers, different billing, or apartment numbers will require signature if valued over $200.
Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims
Large, oversized, fragile, and performance parts must be inspected immediately upon delivery and before installation. Damage, missing parts, incorrect items, or cosmetic concerns must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the product, outer box, inner packaging, and shipping label.
Please keep all packaging until the item has been fully inspected. Claims may be denied if the item has been installed, mounted, modified, test-fitted, used, reported late, or if the packaging has been discarded.
All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs. Refusal to pay duties/taxes fees prior to delivery will have the product sent back to us. This will be treated a standard return and all fees including original and refusal shipping fees will be deducted from original amount.
Kami Speed serves the right to ship using an alternative method if we see it fit, in order to expedite shipping and reduce your rate depending on product value.
Processing and logistics on in stock international orders will take up to 7 business days to process & ship as sometimes we only have 1 international pickup a week.
In stock, non pre-orders or special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
30 days, unused. Refund = item price minus 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping (if we provide label) is also deducted.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail
Any loan orders will have a 10% cancelation fee to cover the loan processing fees or 3rd party merchant fees. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
