Our system replaces it with dual 3" mandrel bent aluminum tubing, optimizing airflow. The custom silicone couplers ensure a perfect OEM-like fitment. The injection molded, fiber-reinforced airbox lid incorporates a closed-cell foam gasket, effectively sealing the filter from mud, dirt, and debris. With powder-coated tubing, composite material, and a COBB nameplate, your engine bay will look as sharp as the iconic exterior.
The improved airbox design is paired with a high-flow, dual inlet, tapered-oval filter. Offering an impressive 165% more surface area than stock, this intake allows for increased airflow and produces a more audible turbo sound during low RPM boost building. Our in-house designed FMIC (Front Mount Intercooler) stands out from other aftermarket options due to meticulous attention to detail. Computational fluid dynamic analysis was employed to create a smooth end tank design, promoting even flow and eliminating areas of significant turbulence. The outlet port of the intercooler features a large chamfer, ensuring a seamless transition into the throttle body tube and further minimizing turbulence within the system.
Planning additional modifications? Our intercooler includes two flat sections that can be utilized for water or methanol injection. The top flat can be easily drilled and tapped to introduce a nozzle, while the bottom flat serves as a drain port. Crafted from cast aluminum and TIG welded, this assembly boasts a core that is 70% larger than the stock unit, resulting in a remarkable 10% increase in cooling surface area. It seamlessly mates with the OEM shutter shroud, requiring no cutting, trimming, or permanent modifications to your vehicle. Orders over $500 will ship insured and over $1,000 with signature and insurance in order to guarantee delivery. Orders over $1000 may not be able to ship to a different address not listed as the billing address or confirm payment address from the form of payment used. Orders with suite numbers, different billing, or apartment numbers will require signature if valued over $200.
Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims
Large, oversized, fragile, and performance parts must be inspected immediately upon delivery and before installation. Damage, missing parts, incorrect items, or cosmetic concerns must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the product, outer box, inner packaging, and shipping label.
Please keep all packaging until the item has been fully inspected. Claims may be denied if the item has been installed, mounted, modified, test-fitted, used, reported late, or if the packaging has been discarded.
All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs. Refusal to pay duties/taxes fees prior to delivery will have the product sent back to us. This will be treated a standard return and all fees including original and refusal shipping fees will be deducted from original amount.
Kami Speed serves the right to ship using an alternative method if we see it fit, in order to expedite shipping and reduce your rate depending on product value.
Processing and logistics on in stock international orders will take up to 7 business days to process & ship as sometimes we only have 1 international pickup a week.
In stock, non pre-orders or special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
30 days, unused. Refund = item price minus 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping (if we provide label) is also deducted.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail
Any loan orders will have a 10% cancelation fee to cover the loan processing fees or 3rd party merchant fees. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
