Our GESi Catted 3" Downpipe is the greatest all-around alternative on the market, and it took a lot of technical effort to develop. Let's start with the 304 stainless steel investment-cast turbine exit that was created using CAD technology for long-lasting corrosion resistance and minimal heat transmission to the engine compartment. The outlet flange's bellmouth design makes the most of the Mazdaspeed3's engine bay's limited space by seamlessly merging the turbine outlet and wastegate gases. To accommodate the default O2 sensor and provide the option for extra sensor installation to meet individual demands, the outlet additionally includes two O2 sensor bungs.
The stainless steel flex portion, which is further downstream, is internally lined to safeguard the steel braiding while ensuring ideal exhaust flow. Another crucial location is the flex section's placement right before the first exhaust hanger. By doing this, the impact of engine movement on the cat, flanges, and other exhaust parts is reduced. - Installation of any aftermarket Mazdaspeed3 downpipe requires an upgraded Cam Shaft Driven Fuel Pump (CDFP) and tuning to ensure adequate fuel supply and safe engine performance.
- This downpipe requires tuning changes. COBB offers OTS Map support for some vehicles.

In stock, non special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).
Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
