In the early 2000's, Honda introduced the 7th Generation Civic with the hatchback EP3 chassis being manufactured in the United Kingdom's Swindon plant. When the Type R and Si was released in the EP3 chassis, the Swindon plant became the center of Honda's performance segment. To commemorate this, Honda commissioned a limited release of Union Jack (flag) emblems.
The Union Jack emblems were designed to sit next to the Civic emblem on the trunk and feature the same quality and durability expected from Honda. They come with 3M tape on the back for easy install.
We purchased these in 2007 at the end of production and simply forgot about them until now that the 2017+ Honda Civic Type R FK8 is once again being manufactured in the UK.
