The dual catch can system includes both a PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) catch can and a CCV (Crankcase Ventilation) catch can. The bracket for the dual catch can is mounted in the front left part of the engine bay and is not compatible with the factory airbox. The PCV catch can is installed inline between the PCV valve and the intake pipe. When the intake manifold pressure is at or above atmospheric pressure, the PCV check valves close, resulting in no flow through the hoses. In contrast, during idling, steady-state cruising, or deceleration, the PCV hoses experience "metered" vacuum. This setup helps prevent unwanted crankcase vapor, unspent fuel, and oil sludge from being drawn into the intake manifold after the engine has undergone a high-load run. It's important to note that no inline check valve is needed because Radium catch cans are pressure-sealed, allowing for a direct connection to the intake manifold. The CCV catch can is positioned inline between the crankcase vent (CCV) port and the intake pipe. At low loads, it operates at atmospheric pressure. However, during high-load conditions (wide open throttle), the line experiences increased flow from the crankcase into the intake system. This can lead to oil and sludge buildup in the air filter intake pipe. The CCV catch can captures these contaminants and facilitates the return of clean, filtered air back into the intake.

Orders over $500 will ship insured and over $1,000 with signature and insurance in order to guarantee delivery. All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs.

In stock, non pre-orders or special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).
Any non credit card processed order will have a 6% cancelation fee to cover the loan processing or 3rd party merchant fee. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
