- TYPE OF USE: High-performance lubricant specially designed for the latest generation of Diesel and Gasoline engines, requiring an engine oil with high HTHS (> 3.5 mPa.s) viscosity, and Mid SAPS with reduced content of sulfated ash (= 0.8percent), phosphorus (0.07 = x = 0.09percent) and sulfur (= 0.3percent). Compatible with catalytic converters and Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF). Particularly suitable for the latest generation of BMW, MERCEDES, PORSCHE, VW, and AUDI cars. Suitable also for any type of Diesel or Gasoline engine calling for ACEA C3 lubricant. Before use always refer to the owner manual or handbook of the vehicle. ; PERFORMANCES: The BMW Long Life-04 specification imposes severe constraints on the lubricant particularly due to Valvetronic and after-treatment systems compatibility. It covers all BMW engines from 2004 and also all BMW engines before 2004 as BMW LL-04 covers all the previous BMW specifications such as BMW LL-98 and BMW LL-01. ATTENTION: BMW LL-04 product can be used for gasoline engines only in European Union countries, Switzerland, Norway, and Liechtenstein. Outside those countries, a BMW LL-01 lubricant such as MOTUL 8100 X-cess 5W-40 is required. Refer to BMW's recommendation.; The MB 229.51 requires among many other severe constraints from the lubricant a reduced content of SAPS in order to be compatible with MERCEDES exhaust gas after treatment systems. The specification MB 229.51 applies to some MERCEDES Gasoline engines, and to all MERCEDES Diesel engines, with or without DPF.; PORSCHE C30 approval guarantees the perfect lubrication of all their Diesel engines and V6 Gasoline engines (Porsche Cayenne) and their highly demanding requests regarding oil film resistance.; VOLKSWAGEN for their VW 504 00 and VW 507 00 standards requires the lubricant to be fully compatible with their after treatment systems such as catalytic converters and DPFs. ; RECOMMENDATIONS: Can be mixed with synthetic and mineral oils.

Orders over $500 will ship insured and over $1,000 with signature and insurance in order to guarantee delivery. Orders over $1000 may not be able to ship to a different address not listed as the billing address or confirm payment address from the form of payment used. Orders with suite numbers, different billing, or apartment numbers will require signature if valued over $200.
Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims
Large, oversized, fragile, and performance parts must be inspected immediately upon delivery and before installation. Damage, missing parts, incorrect items, or cosmetic concerns must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the product, outer box, inner packaging, and shipping label.
Please keep all packaging until the item has been fully inspected. Claims may be denied if the item has been installed, mounted, modified, test-fitted, used, reported late, or if the packaging has been discarded.
All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs. Refusal to pay duties/taxes fees prior to delivery will have the product sent back to us. This will be treated a standard return and all fees including original and refusal shipping fees will be deducted from original amount.

Processing and logistics on in stock international orders will take up to 7 business days to process & ship as sometimes we only have 1 international pickup a week.
In stock, non pre-orders or special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
30 days, unused. Refund = item price minus 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping (if we provide label) is also deducted.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail
Any loan orders will have a 10% cancelation fee to cover the loan processing fees or 3rd party merchant fees. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
