In the process of redirecting crankcase pressure back into the intake, excessive oil vapors can accumulate in the intake tube, and intake manifold runners, and even contaminate the fuel, resulting in a decrease in octane level. This issue is prevalent in all engines and exacerbated in forced induction vehicles. To address this problem, we have engineered our own oil separator.
Crafted from solid billet aluminum, our oil separator is exceptionally durable. It features a knurled tank base for effortless removal and drainage of collected oil, while an O-ring seal ensures leak-free performance. The filtration system consists of a fine mesh stainless steel screen that captures and retains minute oil vapors until they coalesce and descend. Subsequently, the vapors pass through a 1/2" thick, 1/16th" aluminum honeycomb filter, further facilitating the growth and precipitation of oil droplets. By the time the oil reaches the filter, it has become too heavy to continue into the intake, effectively preventing contamination. With a fluid capacity of 3 oz, our oil separator may appear modest, but it is designed to handle the typical oil volume in your PCV system. Simply drain the accumulated oil every 2000-3000 miles, and you will never come close to reaching its capacity. Our oil separator provides a reliable solution to mitigate oil contamination, preserving the integrity of your intake system and optimizing engine performance.

Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).
Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
