J&L 2022 Toyota Tundra 3.5L Turbo Oil Separator 3.0 Driver Side - Clear Anodized (3115D-C)
Large volumes of oil, in the form of vapors, can gather/accumulate in your intake tube, and intake manifold runners, and even dilute your gas, lowering its octane level, during the process of releasing crankcase pressure back down your intake track. This occurs in all engines, but it is exacerbated in forced induction vehicles (supercharged and turbocharged) as crankcase pressures rise. In order to combat this, we designed our own oil separator. This piece is made of solid billet aluminum and is extremely strong. It has a knurled tank base for easy removal to drain spent oil and an O-ring seal to keep leaks at bay. A fine mesh stainless steel screen captures fine oil vapors and releases them once they are heavy enough to fall. They then pass through a 1/2" thick 1/16th" aluminum honeycomb filter, growing larger and larger before falling to the bottom. By the time the oil gets through the filter, it's too heavy to be passed on into the intake. While 3 oz of fluid may not seem like much, you shouldn't see that much oil in your PCV system. You'll never get close to filling it unless you drain it every 2000-3000 miles.

Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).
Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
