This ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit is designed to enhance the overall performance of the 2024 Toyota Tacoma, 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series, and the 2024 Lexus GX550. It offers corrected front-end geometry, increased camber and caster adjustment, and improved clearance for suspension components. Constructed from CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum, the kit utilizes a hybrid H-beam cross-section that is lightweight and more resistant to bending forces compared to traditional tubular arms. The OE ball joint is replaced with the new, serviceable, and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO, allowing for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating any binding. Additionally, FK Rod End 3/4” Heim joints provide precise and smooth function throughout the entire range of travel. ICON’s signature double adjuster sleeve enables convenient on-vehicle camber and caster adjustments. The kit includes all the necessary components and hardware for a complete installation, making these billet upper control arms the perfect front-end upgrade for the 2024 Toyota Tacoma, Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series, and Lexus GX550.
ICON suspension components featuring the all-new Delta Joint PRO represent the pinnacle of off-road performance and durability. The Delta Joint PRO is ICON's innovative suspension articulation joint, combining the long-lasting durability of factory-style ball joints with performance and strength that surpasses traditional motorsports-style ball joints. This joint boasts a rebuildable and serviceable design, allowing any component to be removed, inspected, and replaced without needing to purchase an entirely new joint. Strength and durability are enhanced by utilizing a larger ball, offering 56% more bearing surface than our standard Delta Joint, along with improved lubrication sealing. Above all, improved performance is central to the Delta Joint PRO, providing a full 90 degrees of articulation—an enhancement of 14% in range of motion compared to the highly capable original Delta Joint. This maximizes bind-free suspension movement throughout the complete travel range. The Delta Joint PRO is engineered to withstand tough conditions, featuring a chromoly ball and shaft with a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55. The replaceable races are constructed from graphite-impregnated sintered metal, precision-machined to ensure a flawless metal-to-metal bearing interface. Additionally, we have redesigned the lubrication system with channels that efficiently distribute grease without extending past the bearing seal.

Orders over $500 will ship insured and over $1,000 with signature and insurance in order to guarantee delivery. Orders over $1000 may not be able to ship to a different address not listed as the billing address or confirm payment address from the form of payment used. Orders with suite numbers, different billing, or apartment numbers will require signature if valued over $100.
All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs.

Processing and logistics on in stock international orders can take up to 7 business days to process & ship.
In stock, non special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).
Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
