Cobb Tuning Hard Pipe Kit for 08-15 Evo X (Black Powdercoated Piping)
The factory rubber hoses to the intercooler are replaced with solid pipes, as with all intercooler hard-pipe upgrades, to prevent distortion under boost. The differences end there since the devil is in the details. The COBB EVO X Hard-Pipe Kit consists of one-piece pipes produced from mandrel-bent aluminum tubing on both the cold and hot sides of the intercooler. As a result, the pipes from the turbo outlet to the intercooler inlet and from the intercooler outlet to the throttle body are weld-free. They do not have unattractive silicone hose couplings in the middle that may potentially blow off under boost or interrupt the flow. The stock 2.375" and 2.5" diameters of the hot and cold pipes have been enlarged, significantly increasing flow. The By-Pass-Valve (BPV) receives its own hard pipe from the intercooler's cold side, keeping its original positioning. When the valve is in bypass mode, keeping this connection open from the cold side guarantees that cool air is pumped back into the intake system, preventing the air charge post-turbo from overheating. The hot side hard pipe and the BPV hard pipe are connected by a special COBB logo bridge that locates the BPV. The COBB EVO X Hard-Pipe system is one of the few that can be installed with the OEM front engine cover and air box (or the optional COBB SF Intake). High-quality COBB silicone hose couplings and robust T-Bolt hose clamps round out the kit to prevent the embarrassing hose blow-offs that can happen when your EVO X is under extreme stress.
The updated COBB Intercooler Hard-Pipe Kit now fits on GSR, MR, and MRT models and is available in two gorgeous powder-coated finishes! All intercooler pipes, including the BPV pipe, are replaced with weld-free single-pipe aluminum tubing using this kit. All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs.

In stock, non special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).
Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
