Manley 99.5mm STD 8.5:1 Turbo Tuff Piston Set for 04+ Subaru WRX/STI EH257
The best aftermarket Subaru piston company just got even better with our new Turbo Tuff lineup targeted specifically for EJ25 engines. By incorporating proven design enhancements from our "Formula-Won" piston forging, we've created the ultimate Subi piston to withstand the rigors of the highest boosted and stressed applications yet still run "quietly" and trouble-free for the daily driver. Like all Manley Subaru pistons, these are made from 2618 alloy, utilize an offset wrist pin design, are skirt coated and include our standard 2.500" x .180" wall premium chrome moly wrist pin (P/N 42346). 9310 alloy .250" wall pin upgrades are available. Simply order the EXTREME DUTY part number in the column below. These come equipped with the 9310 pins (P/N 42547). Premium steel top rings with Napier style second rings and higher tension oil rings for ultimate oil control are included with each set along with round wire locks. Recommended clearance: .003" for mildly boosted and .0035" for highly boosted measured .850" (79/83mm Strokes) and 1.100" (75mm Stroke) from the bottom of the oil ring groove.
Manley Subaru EJ257 pistons now include Napier style second rings and higher tension oil rings (by Total Seal) for superior oil control.

Orders over $500 will ship insured and over $1,000 with signature and insurance in order to guarantee delivery. Orders with suite numbers, different billing, or apartment numbers will require signature if valued over $200.
Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims
Large, oversized, fragile, and performance parts must be inspected immediately upon delivery and before installation. Damage, missing parts, incorrect items, or cosmetic concerns must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the product, outer box, inner packaging, and shipping label.
Please keep all packaging until the item has been fully inspected. Claims may be denied if the item has been installed, mounted, modified, test-fitted, used, reported late, or if the packaging has been discarded.
All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs. Refusal to pay duties/taxes fees prior to delivery will have the product sent back to us. This will be treated a standard return and all fees including original and refusal shipping fees will be deducted from original amount.

Processing and logistics on in stock international orders will take up to 7 business days to process & ship as sometimes we only have 1 international pickup a week.
In stock, non pre-orders or special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
30 days, unused. Refund = item price minus 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping (if we provide label) is also deducted.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail
Any loan orders will have a 10% cancelation fee to cover the loan processing fees or 3rd party merchant fees. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
