Bit let down from pictures and other customers feedback that have ghost lettering on their face mask. Even the package has picture of the mask with ghost print on it. Wonder if my mask may have been mess up or ran out of material. Beside that wasn't a fan of your third party partner shop app that didn't get my permission to get access to my email. Yet did it regardless.

THIS MASK IS MY FAVORITE

I am absolutely in love with this mask. The ear loops are comfortable, and adjustable. The face covering part is thick, but I can still breathe comfortably through it. The design, is also HAWT. The high quality of this mask is what I've come to expect from the Bride company, and I will be buying a couple more of these! My only complain was that it took a month for me to recieve my order, but that was to be expected when buying something directly from Japan. Thank you for the amazing mask!

RETURN & CANCELATION POLICY | INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

In stock, non special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail.
All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).

Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
