Product Description
The Beatrush Air Oil Separator Tank removes excessive oil from the engine ventilation system (blow-by) preventing it from ending up in intake system. As a secondary effect, the pressure inside the crankcase is decreased via discharged gases released through the oil cap.

All in all the Beatrush Air Oil Separator Tank System provides improved engine efficiency (improved gas mileage and cleaner emissions), a cleaner intake system, reduces oil consumption, and lowers chances of engine knock. If you're looking to improve the reliability and performance or your engine this is the best way to do so!

All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs.

In stock, non special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).

Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.

Great product! Very nice design!

The construction of the AOS system is definitely quality. Attention to detail was put into the design and final product. The install was pretty straight forward. I do believe there are some small differences between the JDM and USDM hose routing.

First things first, I had to move the neck of the washer fluid nozzle. The instructions call to use a zip tie but I felt that it could been done cleaner. I happened to have a 7/16 size bolt that fit perfectly. As seen below.

Following the instructions(. Which are all in Japanese but luckily I was able to read enough to figure it out), it called to run one hose to the oil line on the inter cooler , and the other to the sensor connection that was originally connected to the inter cooler oil line. The instructions said to use both of the hose adaptors, but I only used one. I didn't feel the need to remove the sensor which does not appear to be present on the JDM model.
