The AMS Performance VR30DDTT Stage 1 Direct Injectors are the ideal upgrade to maximize your VR30's direct injection fuel system. The limitations of the stock injectors become apparent, even at lower horsepower levels, particularly when using ethanol-based fuels like E85. Early in our VR30 engine platform development, we recognized the need to deliver more fuel to unleash greater power potential. In collaboration with Nostrum High Performance, a renowned leader in fuel system technology, we meticulously designed this component. Our partnership with Nostrum is the cornerstone of our customers' trust in the AMS VR30 Direct Injectors as the most well-constructed and high-performing option available.
The AMS VR30 Stage 1 Direct Injectors have been designed as an OEM injector replacement that can be installed without the use of a fuel rail or electrical adapters. The Stage 1 Direct Injectors are simple for tuners to calibrate using the provided injector calibration data thanks to considerable effort from the AMS and Nostrum Calibration Teams. By maintaining a factory spray pattern—validated empirically and using Computational Fluid Dynamics—the AMS Stage 1 injectors are able to provide cold start and drivability characteristics on par with the OEM injectors.
The brand-new OE manufacturer direct VR30DDTT HDEV5 injector cores are the source of the AMS VR30DDTT Stage 1 Direct Injectors. These injectors are an ideal match for OEM vehicles since they contain overmold and fuel rail features that are VR30-specific, factory-correct, and part of the OE supply chain. Each injector and each of its component parts are serialized, QR-coded, and tracked throughout the whole Nostrum manufacturing process to enable complete traceability. A Limited Lifetime Warranty1 against the manufacturer's faults is offered at no additional charge to protect your investment because AMS and Nostrum are so confident in the quality of the construction of these devices.
What truly sets AMS components apart is our unwavering commitment to rigorous research and development (R&D) testing. The AMS VR30 Stage 1 Injectors are no exception. They have undergone exhaustive testing, including covering thousands of miles in various vehicles, including numerous 1/4 and 1/2 mile runs. Only after passing this battery of tests were they deemed ready for public release.
Our AMS Engine Calibrators have invested countless hours testing these injectors in real vehicles. This testing process allowed us to fine-tune them in collaboration with Nostrum High Performance, ensuring maximum fueling performance and optimal vehicle drivability. But that's not all; before leaving our facility, all AMS VR30 Injectors undergo bench testing. This comprehensive testing includes 100% static flow testing and multi-point dynamic testing, all expertly conducted by Nostrum. These injectors are then dynamically batched with a flow variation of +/-5% and serialized, accompanied by specific data packages for precise calibration before shipping. This meticulous process is an integral part of our extensive quality control measures.

Depending on the package, we ship using different carriers according to the item's location, content, and size.
Freight truck items, will require up to 7 business days to ship due to size. i.e. hoods, trunks, body kits, etc.
All orders made after 3:00pm ET will be shipped or processed the next business day.
Orders over $500 will ship insured and over $1,000 with signature and insurance in order to guarantee delivery. Orders over $1000 may not be able to ship to a different address not listed as the billing address or confirm payment address from the form of payment used. Orders with suite numbers, different billing, or apartment numbers will require signature if valued over $100.
All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs.
Kami Speed serves the right to ship using an alternative method if we see it fit, in order to expedite shipping and reduce your rate depending on product value.
In stock, non special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).
Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
