How do I return an item?

Please contact us via e-mail at Customer Service or call 407.352.7024 to receive an RMA # prior to mailing the product back.  We will not accept returns without an RMA Number.  Furthermore, please note that returns will only be accepted as long as the disclaimer below in met:

Disclaimer: New items can be refunded under the condition that it remains in its original shape, are not used, mounted, or installed by the customer; however, no claims will be honored after 15 business days of delivery. Moreover, there is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items. We will not accept returns on any special order products; however, we will happily exchange parts that do not match with the product which was ordered. All special order Japanese parts are sold as it is.
